Héctor Alonso-Misol Gerlache, new Director of Higher Vocational Education and Training at UDIT
UDIT, University of Design, Innovation and Technology, has announced the incorporation of Héctor Alonso-Misol Gerlache as the new Director of its Higher Vocational Training Centre. With a solid track record of more than 20 years in the technology consulting sector, Héctor Alonso-Misol Gerlache has led development, innovation and digitalisation projects in renowned companies such as Accenture and Grupo Santander.
In the last eight years, he has combined his experience in technological innovation with the educational field, leading university development and professional training initiatives in various institutions. He is also the founder of GradientIA TMC, a pioneering company in solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence and specialised training.
Héctor Alonso-Misol Gerlache holds a degree in computer engineering and a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, as well as a Master's Degree in Teaching. In his new role at UDIT, he will lead the strategy of the Higher Vocational Training area, designing and implementing initiatives to boost the growth of the centre's academic offer.

The offer of UDIT's Higher Vocational Training Centre for the 2025/2026 academic year comprises five Higher Level Training Cycles: CFGS in 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments; CFGS in Networked Computer Systems Administration; CFGS in Multiplatform Applications Development; CFGS in Web Applications Development; and a Specialisation Course in Video Game Development and Virtual Reality.
