Her professional career in the education sector has focused on management roles across various areas (financial, operational, and academic), leading projects aimed at continuous improvement, pedagogical innovation, and institutional excellence. She also holds a Master’s in Teacher Training and a Master’s in Leadership and Management of Educational Institutions.
In her teaching role, she lectures in the IPE I course, guiding students in their personal and professional development while fostering critical thinking, initiative, and leadership skills.
