E2E accompaniment at UDIT VET: comprehensive support from start to finish
The expression "this is your home" perfectly reflects the philosophy of UDIT Formación Profesional Superior. Under this premise, the institution offers its students a comprehensive E2E (end-to-end) accompaniment model, which combines personalised academic guidance, professional counselling and emotional support, guaranteeing continuous support at all stages of their training. At UDIT FPS we train our students and accompany them in their professional development, from the very first moment they become interested in our academic offer.
A 360° approach ensures that each student has at their disposal resources and personalised guidance before, during and after their time at UDIT, thus favouring their full academic and personal development.
How does UDIT FP's E2E accompaniment work?
UDIT FP has configured its E2E model around several fundamental components, designed to cover the main needs of students:
- Personalised academic guidance: each student has individualised academic counselling to plan their training itinerary and optimise their performance. At the start of the course, each student is assigned a mentor who will accompany them throughout their studies, helping them with the organisation of their studies, the choice of subjects and the best learning techniques. This mentor is also responsible for the student's personal development, advising them on time management, resolving difficulties in the subjects, immersion in the workplace and even their future projection.
- Career counselling and employability: UDIT FP places a strong emphasis on preparing its students for the world of work. Students receive support to enhance their employability: from drawing up a good CV and preparing for interviews, to participating in job fairs and professional internship programmes.
- Psycho-pedagogical office and emotional support: aware that emotional well-being influences academic success, UDIT FP also offers a specialised psycho-pedagogical counselling office. For this purpose, a team of educational psychologists and educational coaches is available to deal with different difficulties, problems of adaptation to the academic environment, stress management or any special educational needs. The office helps to detect, prevent and address these situations, providing the student with the necessary resources to make progress in their learning.
Moments of E2E accompaniment
One of the distinctive features of UDIT's E2E model is that support is not limited to a specific moment, but extends to all stages of the student's experience: before, during and after their training.
- Before training: from the first contact with UDIT, the prospective student is guided in making the right choices. A team of admissions and academic counsellors advises students before they enrol, helping them to choose the training programme that best suits their interests and professional goals. Through open days, personalised interviews and information sessions, UDIT FP makes sure that students have all their doubts answered. The personalised attention and involvement of the academic team in the choice of studies is a key moment for families and students.
- During the training: throughout their training stage, students have regular meetings with the academic team to monitor their progress, set new objectives and resolve any possible difficulties. Students are also offered the possibility of visiting the psycho-pedagogical office when they need emotional support or the possibility of participating in workshops to improve time management or to develop soft skills, which are essential for their professional future.
- After training: UDIT FPS support does not end with graduation. Once they have completed their studies, new graduates continue to receive professional advice from the UDIT Talent area and its Alumni community. The institution offers guaranteed internships and employment opportunities thanks to the more than 2,400 agreements it has signed with companies in different sectors. In addition, graduates receive job search guidance, access to exclusive offers and continue to participate in job fairs and networking events.
Thanks to this model, each student feels individually recognised and supported, which increases their motivation and emotional security on a daily basis. On the other hand, this comprehensive support network contributes to a better academic performance and a more successful integration into the labour market after graduation.
Ultimately, every support action pursues the same goal: to empower the student to overcome obstacles, make the best decisions and develop fully.
